PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a merchandise purchaser to make a conversation with an artist, writer or athlete at the selling side of merchandise such as a CD/DVD, publication, book or goods or the like without requiring any personal information.;SOLUTION: A printed matter (sheet) on which serial numbers, ID and passwords or the like are described is packed in such merchandise as a CD/DVD, publication, book or goods so that a merchandise purchaser can make a conversation with an artist, writer or athlete or the like at the seller side by using an Internet conference system on the basis of the information of the printed matter (sheet).
