PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase earthquake-resistance strength of a building by strengthening the building; and to facilitate construction work for the carrying-in and assembly of a member.;SOLUTION: This seismic strengthening method for increasing the earthquake-resistance strength of the room of the wooden building includes: a step of arranging wall surface strengthening units 11 and 12 formed of an aluminum material, among a plurality of columns 51 arranged in such a manner as to surround a room; a step of arranging a floor surface strengthening unit 13 under the floor of the room; a step of arranging a ceiling surface strengthening unit in the ceiling of the room; a step of fixing the wall surface strengthening unit 11 to the columns 51 on both sides thereof by means of a screw member; and a step of connecting the floor-surface strengthening unit 13 and the ceiling-surface strengthening unit to the wall surface strengthening unit 11 by means of a screw member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
