PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distortive dispensing chip, a distortive dispensing apparatus, and a method of distortive dispensing processing capable of performing highly accurate dispensing processing, despite its simple structure.SOLUTION: The distortive dispensing apparatus includes: two or more distortive dispensing chips each of which has a storage part capable of storing liquid and gas in its interior surrounded by a wall surface including, at a part of the same, a distortive wall surface capable of being distorted, and has an opening communicating with the storage part and permitting inflow and outflow of the liquid sucked and discharged by expansion and contraction of the interior caused by the distortion of the distortive wall surface; and a dispensing head for supporting one or two or more distortive dispensing chips and performing, by distorting the distortive wall surfaces of the distortive dispensing chips, suction and discharge of the liquid into/from the distortive dispensing chips.
