PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an evaluation result by a Q&A system, and improve an answer by feeding back a questioner's evaluation of the answer, to an answerer.;SOLUTION: The Q&A system prepares evaluators' attribute information database 51 storing evaluators and attributes of the evaluators associated with each other; specifies an evaluator who has transmitted the answer when receiving an evaluation of an answer; reads the evaluator's attribute associated with the evaluator who has transmitted the answer, from the evaluators' attribute information database 51; calculates an evaluation score by weighting thereto according to the read evaluator's attribute; and feeds back the evaluation of the answer to the answerer according to the evaluation score calculated by weighting.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
