A non-contact type cymbals pickup that uses a large number of microphones

As described herein, a sound pickup for the music cymbals includes an integrated assembly that can be attached to the cymbal stand. The integrated assembly includes a plurality of microphones that are arranged so that the amplified sound is optimal sound quality and is relatively constant in volume regardless of the cymbals slope. In one embodiment, two microphones are used, and the signal phase from one microphone is inverted before being coupled to a signal from another microphone. The inversion is performed using an inverting circuit to cancel signals synchronized with each other and function to cancel the asynchronous increase signals from each other. This adopts the fact that, with the installation of an appropriate pickup, the cymbals of the cymbals' inflection points are synchronized with each other and that undesirable components synchronize with each other.
