PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system performance analysis device for analyzing the factor of performance deterioration due to the failure of an application or hardware by monitoring/analyzing the performance of a Web system.;SOLUTION: In a system performance analyzing module 10 configuring a system performance analyzing device, an AP server/service ratio calculation module 11 of a service ratio acquisition module 14 obtains the service ratio of the system based on the CPU use rate of an AP server and the through-put of the AP server, and a through-put rate calculation module 12 calculates the through-put rate of the through-put of an application server and the through-put of a database server, and a graph creation module 13 creates a scatter diagram by plotting time-series data related with the service rate and through-put rate of the system.
