PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified optical sensing circuit, an optical sensing device including the optical sensing circuit, a method for driving the optical sensing device, and an image acquisition device and optical touch screen device including the optical sensing device.SOLUTION: In a simplified optical sensing circuit, an optical sensing device including the optical sensing circuit, a method for driving the optical sensing device, and an image acquisition device and optical touch screen device including the optical sensing device, the optical sensing circuit includes one optical-responsive oxide semiconductor transistor for simultaneously executing a role of an optical sensing element and a role of a driving circuit for extracting data for each pixel. Thus, the optical sensing circuit does not have to have a complicated circuit structure including many transistors in one pixel to thereby simplify the structure and operation of the optical sensing circuit.
