PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of intelligibly identifying whether each attached file attached to an electronic form has been approved or not.;SOLUTION: A client device displays a form screen data received from a workflow server with an attached file approval state for each attached file being identifiable. It receives operation, by an applicant, of new addition, updating and re-application of an attached file, and transmits it as form information to a workflow server. The workflow server stores, as process information, an activity and either approval or denial if the activity is an approval activity, on the basis of the received form information. It stores, as attached file information, the activity, the attached file and the attached file approval state if the activity is an approval activity. If the approval activity is turned back into an application activity, it generates the form screen data with the attached file approval state corresponding to the approval activity being identifiable, and transmits it to the client device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
