PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a mid- to long-term trend of a performance evaluation indicator value in evaluating a control performance of a control system.;SOLUTION: A control performance evaluation device includes: a data acquisition part 11 for acquiring a process status amount of a plant that is a control target of a control system; a process status amount database 18 for storing, as time-series data, the process status amount acquired by the data acquisition part; a data search part 12 for searching the process status amount database to acquire a process status amount for a first period; a performance evaluation indicator value calculation part 13 for calculating, for each first period, a performance indicator value for evaluating a control performance of the control system on the basis of the process status amount acquired by the data search part; a performance evaluation indicator value database 19 for storing, as time-series data, the performance evaluation indicator value calculated by the performance evaluation indicator value calculation part; and a trend calculation part 14 for extracting data for a second period being longer than the first period from the time-series data of the performance evaluation indicator value to calculate a trend of the performance evaluation indicator values.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
