PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ruler plate with slits facilitating cutting of folding paper.;SOLUTION: The ruler (e-line scale) 1 is configured to rule lines along the quadrangular (square or rectangular) slits and perform cut. The ruler includes the slits, that is, a slit 2 having a shape 1, a slit 3 having a shape 2, a slit 4 having a shape 3, a slit 5 having a shape 4 and a slit 6 having a shape 5 so that the size of the folding paper can be measured.
