PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate transient analysis of signal waveform accompanying a pulse signal and sharp change of waveform by a numeric operation to shorten analysis time in an analog circuit and a circuit in which the analog circuit and a digital circuit are mixed.;SOLUTION: In a first form of modeling of a circuit block for performing the numeric operation, an operation block for the numeric operation is formed considering voltage and current in the circuit block as variables and describing the variables using a state equation including differentiated differential variables, in a second form of modeling, the sum of the product of a transfer function of the circuit block and a voltage source or current source is calculated by applying principle of superposition by an electric circuit, the sum of the product is described as input signals of analog active elements by the principle of superposition, the total transfer function of the circuit block is described by the product of the transfer function of the input signals and the transfer function of the analog active elements to form the operation block for the numeric operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
