PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bark molding of Dypsis lutescens which is not restricted in dimensions of a product by the size or the shape of the gathered bark, is made of homogeneous composition material having a predetermined heat resistance and strength even after remolding, and is used for widely stable uses.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing bark molding of Dypsis lutescens has in this order: a disintegrating process of disintegrating the dry bark 1 of Dypsis lutescens to make cotton-like fibers 2; a preparing process of dispersing the cotton-like fibers 2 into a dispersion preparing liquid to make the dispersion prepared liquid 3; a paper making process of performing dehydration paper-making of the dispersion prepared liquid 3 to make a wet paper of long web shape; a primary press process of successively performing flat press of the long wet paper 4 every prescribed press size to perform initial dehydration; a lamination process of laminating a dehydrated web 5 after initial dehydration by folding zigzag the web in the order every length of the press size; and a secondary pressing process of performing heating molding of the laminated web 6 after lamination into a three-dimensional shape by a prescribed three-dimensional molding press.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
