PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call a driver's attention, when the driver is driving while looking aside. PSOLUTION: A seat weight distribution sensor 15 is provided in a seat portion of a driver's seat, seat weight distribution in a proper driving posture is registered in an external memory 6. During traveling of a vehicle, the weight distribution of the seat weight distribution sensor 15 is detected at fixed time intervals, and compared with the registered weight distribution. When the weight distribution is different, it is determined that a driving posture gets out of shapes due to driving while looking aside driving. A seat belt winding up motor 16 is then controlled by a seat belt controlling device 17 so as to intermittently pull a seat belt, and a caution voice is outputted from a speaker 8.
