PSOLUTION: A document search keyword presentation device comprises: a place-name-and-feature-representation correspondence extraction part 102 for extracting a correspondence between a place name and a feature representation and the basic score from a document in a document DB 101; a place-name-and-feature-representation score improvement part 103 for calculating a place-name-and-feature-representation score after improving the basic score, and for storing the calculated score in a place-name-and-feature-representation correspondence DB 104; a terminal position range estimation part 105 for estimating a future moving range based on a locus of a user terminal 200; a place-name-in-position-range representation conversion part 106 for obtaining a place-name representation corresponding to the estimated geographical range; and a feature-representation selection part 107 for selecting a feature representation corresponding to the place-name representation converted by the place-name-in-position-range representation conversion part 106, in reference to a place-name weight DB 108 that stores a place name and a weight of the place name and to the place-name-and-feature-representation correspondence DB 104.
