PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost photoelectric conversion element module having a photoelectric conversion section on both sides thereof which uses a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element such as a dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element module has a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 10 which are electrically connected in series to each other. The photoelectric conversion elements 10 each include a first transparent conductive substrate 1 having a first porous electrode 2 and a second transparent conductive substrate 5 having a second porous electrode 2 which are disposed oppositely to each other, a counter electrode 3 which is provided in between, and a first electrolyte layer 4 and a second electrolyte layer 7 which are disposed between the respective conductive substrates and the counter electrode. An end part 3a protrudes against the first transparent conductive substrate 1, and end parts 1a and 5a protrude against the counter electrode 3. Conductive components 9 provided oppositely to each other on the end parts 1a and 5a of one dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element 10 and the end part 3a of another dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element 10 connect in such a way that the two conductive components 9 provided oppositely to each other sandwich the end part 3a in between.
