PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a customer for selection of delivery configurations, concerning a program, device and method for proposal of the delivery configurations. PSOLUTION: The delivery configuration proposal program makes a computer execute: a step of receiving the designation of merchandise and delivery destination information related with delivery destination from terminal equipment; a step of retrieving the merchandise information of the designated merchandise while referring to a merchandise information storage means for storing the merchandise and the merchandise information of the merchandise in association with them; a step of specifying the location information of a reception store based on the received delivery destination information while referring to the reception store storage means for storing the location information of the reception store; a step of, on the basis of the retrieved merchandise information, the specified location information and the received delivery destination information, determining whether it is easy for a person who receives the merchandise to go to receive the merchandise to the location information; and a step of outputting a picture on which the designation of the delivery configurations of the merchandise is accepted to the terminal equipment on the basis of the results of determination.
