PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble occurring in an information home appliance independently of a communication function possessed by the appliance. PSOLUTION: A two-dimensional symbol including trouble eliminating AP acquisition source URL information and a two-dimensional symbol including maintenance information are inputted to a symbol analysis part through an image input processing part. Two-dimensional symbol image information including the acquisition source URL information is analyzed to extract the acquisition source URL information. A download processing part transmits a request for download of a trouble eliminating AP to a server wherein an acquisition source URL is installed. An arbitrary trouble eliminating AP answering to the request is transmitted, it is stored in a storage part. The trouble eliminating AP is executed to perform arithmetic processing operations requested by the trouble eliminating AP while properly referring to stored various information. Two-dimensional symbol image information including maintenance information is analyzed to extract the maintenance information.
