PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate the meta data of a section or region in a query content without imposing any labor to impart meta data on a user. PSOLUTION: A content correspondence relation acquisition part 101 obtains a plurality of correspondence relations configured of the query content ID of query content and the section or region of the query content and the section or region of the storage content of a signal which is similar to the query content of the section or region and the storage content ID. A coupling correspondence relation generation part 102 generates a coupling correspondence relation by coupling those plurality of correspondence relations. A query meta data generation part 103 generates meat data for each time section of the query content by using the coupling correspondence relation.
