PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board design device which arranges components on a circuit board, a circuit board design method, and a circuit board design program.;SOLUTION: The circuit board design device comprises: a component information DB in which body shape information and pin area information are stored; an arrangement information DB in which component arrangement information is stored; an adjacent component extraction means for extracting components adjacent to arrangement subject components; an interference subject extraction means for extracting a pin area of an adjacent component at a distance closest to a pin area of the arrangement subject component; a first interference check means for calculating a projection area of the arrangement subject component and checking the interference between the projection area and the pin area of the adjacent component; a second interference check means for calculating a projection area of the adjacent component and checking the interference between the projection area and the pin area of the arrangement subject component; and an arrangement determination means for determining that the arrangement is possible when no interference is found by the first and second interference check means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
