PSOLUTION: This liquid-sealed vacuum pump includes a body casing provided with a cylindrical inner wall portion, and the impeller 6 which is stored in the body casing, rotatably journaled, around an axis center eccentric from the body casing to casing covers arranged ON both sides of the body casing and which has a plurality of blades 6b radially extending around the axis center and having at least ends curved in a rotational direction with a predetermined curvature. The curvature of a pressure surface at the end of each impeller 6b is set to be larger than a curvature with thickness with respect to an anti-pressure surface equalized and the thickness of each impeller is thinned toward its end.
