PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage information about buried objects and construction, to allow each exclusive user to accurately determine the necessity of becoming an attendant, and to efficiently prepare a consultation document between exclusive users of underground buried objects.;SOLUTION: A support system of discussion between exclusive users of underground buried objects includes a buried object DB storing information about objects buried under the ground together with existence or nonexistence of the buried objects and positional information in an area for each area; a construction range computation means for specifying a construction range and determining the area of construction objects on the basis of a construction section and construction technique; an exclusive user determination means for extracting exclusive users to be discussed on the basis of the existence or nonexistence of the buried objects stored in the buried object DB for each determined area; an attendance object determination means for determining whether or not the extracted objects to be managed by the exclusive users is the attendance objects on the basis of the positional information in the area; and a construction information transmission means for transmitting discussion item data including the construction range, a construction period, a buried situation, and determination results from the attendance object determination means to the terminals of the exclusive users extracted from the determination means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
