PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of steel furring strips that can mount a mounting hardware to the steel furring strips without welding while eliminating a process for corrosion protection in a factory or a site. PSOLUTION: The steel furring strips 1 are formed of a molded product of a highly anti-corrosive molten Zn-Al-Mg alloy pre-plated steel plate of closed cross section, and the mounting hardware 3 formed of a molded product of a highly anti-corrosive molten Zn-Al-Mg alloy pre-plated steel plate is mounted to the outer surface part of the furring strips 1 with one-side bolts 5 from the outside of the steel furring strips 1.
