PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication interference which occurs when a plurality of reader-writer parts of non-contact wireless type are installed side by side, with a simple and inexpensive constitution.;SOLUTION: A central fee adjusting machine 1 for adjusting a parking fee, first controls only a reader-writer part 19 for adjustment processing to be in a communicable state, controls only a reader-writer part 18 for discount service to be in a communicable state when a user operates a switch button 20, and then controls only the reader-writer part 19 for adjustment processing again to be in a communicable state at timing of completing non-contact wireless communication of the reader-writer part 18 for discount service.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
