PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sensor device of an inexpensive structure for simultaneously measuring temperature and distortion. PSOLUTION: This optical fiber sensor device applied to an OFDR method includes an optical fiber sensor S, a reflective end 16 for reference, a light source 12, and a light receiver 13. The fiber sensor S is equipped with a sensor part 3 for distortion detection which comprises an FBG formed in a core of optical fiber and a sensor part 7 for temperature detection connected to the sensor part for distortion detection and equipped with a reflective part on its end part. A change in temperature is measured from an amount of change in the optical path length of the optical fiber for temperature detection while distortion is measured by subtracting the shift amount of a Bragg wavelength equating with the measured change in temperature from the shift amount of the Bragg wavelength of the FBG.
