PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ratchet wheel structure equipped with a swinging-restriction mechanism of watches and a time difference adjusting mechanism, and to provide watch equipped therewith that will not have vertex stopping, in practice.;SOLUTION: The ratchet wheel structure equipped with swinging-restriction mechanism 2, constituting a time difference adjusting mechanism 80 and the like of a watch 1 includes a ratchet 50 and a swinging-restriction mechanism 70 for regulating the rotation of the ratchet. The swinging-restriction mechanism 70, consisting of a pair of swinging-restriction sections 71A and 71B and, when a vertex section of the swinging-restriction sections 71A of either one side among a pair of the swinging-restriction sections 71A and 71B concerned, a pair of the swinging-restriction sections 71A and 71B concerned is composed so that the swinging-restriction section 71B of another side among a pair of the swinging-restriction sections 71A and 71B concerned engages to a vertex section 58 of the ratchet 50, exerts rotational torque of a G2 direction to the ratchet 50.
