PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating the cancerous part and non-cancerous part of the tissue derived from a patient suspicious of cancer or cancerous patient, and a discrimination reagent used therein.;SOLUTION: The cancerous part and non-cancerous part of the tissue derived from a patient suspicious of cancer or cancerous patient can be specifically discriminated with good sensitivity by measuring the expression level of at least one of the Clathrin heavy chain and formiminotransferase cyclodeaminase in the tissue specimen derived from the patient suspicious of cancer or cancerous patient.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
