PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press formed product which can be developed to mass production and satisfies the requested dent resistance, dimensional accuracy, tension rigidity and surface quality. PSOLUTION: A forming device restrains an outer circumference of a blank 100 by upper and lower blank holders 1, 2, holds the blank 100 by a seal body 6 with a fluidized material sealed therein and a punch 7, and presses it to press the blank 100 by the seal body 6 and the punch press 7.
