PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web questionnaire system or the like capable of improving the quality of a service by acquiring information about personal preference even from a user who is reluctant to input personal information.;SOLUTION: A Web questionnaire server 20 includes: a Web questionnaire part for transmitting Web questionnaires to a user terminal 10, and for compiling answers to acquire user preference information; a data management part for storing the user preference information as well as user specification information in a preliminarily installed answer data storage part; and a coupon display part for transmitting data for displaying an electronic coupon including the user specification information as a Web page to the user terminal 10.
