The present invention relates to a heterologous cellulase fusion construct. The construct encodes a fusion protein having cellulolytic activity comprising a second catalytic domains of cellulase enzymes derived from the first and the catalytic domain of a filamentous fungal exo-cellobiohydrolase derived. In addition to methods for producing a cellulase enzyme composition and the cellulase fusion protein, the present invention also relates to vectors and host cells comprising a heterologous cellulase fusion construct.
