The Methods may include administering a combination of an effective dose of bupropion or a pharmaceutically acceptable Salt thereof, and a dose of Naltrexone or a pharmaceutically acceptable Salt of the same.The Method can include identifying a patient who is overweight or obese, and provide an effective combination of bupropion and Naltrexone patient. The Methods may include reducing the number of events of Binge Eating or binge eating food. The Methods may include reducing the severity of the events of Binge Eating or binge eating food.
