The invention relates to the field of building, in particular to high rise buildings and heavy duty bridges constructing, namely to the methods of tube confined concrete structure strength enhancement by achieving the effect of hoop which results from constraint of transverse extension of concrete under compression. The essence of the method is in the fact that when the tube is filled with concrete and a concrete core (1) is formed longitudinal deformation gap sufficient for free ranging lateral distortion if loaded initially to the strength limit under unconfined compression is developed between a concrete core (1) and a bore surface (3). To provide separate account of possible longitudinal distortion of a concrete core and a steel tube compressive longitudinal load begins with loading a concrete pole and after achieving its shrinkage by longitudinal distortion gap longitudinal compression load is spread onto a steel tube as well.
