Novelty: the invention relates to a light ouzo-like beverage and the preparation method of same. Ingredients: aromatic ingredients such as anise, fennel, menthe, ginger, cress, glove, asteroid anis, mastic, cinnamon, coriander etc); it is prepared by distillation into copper devices ordinarily used for the distillation of liquids; anythol extract can optionally be added. Properties: excellent flavour and low alcoholic content (from 01 to 22 alcohol degrees) for producing a wide-range of products of any preference and use. Purpose: to be used in composite drinks or cocktails with or without fruit juices and with any other liquid or solid ingredient as well.
