The invention relates to a treatment apparatus using mechanical vibrations for therapeutical purposes, to be employed in degenerative rheumatism diseases of discogenic origin of dorsal spine. According to the invention, the apparatus consists of a bed provided with some electromagnets, a system of springs and guides and some buffers which resiliently transmit the vibration motion from the electromagnets to the spine of a patient laying on the bed, an amplification system and a computerized system for the control of vibrations.
