System for retention rainwater drain and revitalization of compacted soil on a slope and method of its embodiment, designed to revitalization of ecosystem, where on the unpaved slope area (1) is formed compacted slope soil (2), in which is formed at least one rainfall sump pit (3) with rainwater (4), which is formed on one side of a sloping area (32), on the other side of area (33) with a water retention area (331) placed above the compacted slope soil (2), among which is situated drainage seepage base (31) with water infiltration (41) of rainwater (4) into the groundwater (5).
