METHOD FOR TREATING UTERINE HEMORRHAGE IN SETTING OF POSTHEMORRHAGIC ANEMIA IN PUBERTAL GIRLS

A method for treating the uterine hemorrhage in setting of posthemorrhagic anemia in pubertal girls comprises the use of Tranexam, Oxytocin, Etamzilate, Mefenamic acid, Afobasol, and herbal species in setting on anemia grade 1-3. As antianemic therapy, Totema, Ascorutin, folic acid, Neurorubin and syrup of dog rose are used. In the case of anemia grade 3, Ferum-lec is also used. Upon attainment of hemostasis and stabilization of the state of the patient, enteral oxygen therapy, electrically induced sleep, electrophoresis with calcium on the neck area are provided. In the setting of anemia grade 2, Regulon and Dufaston are provided.
