A method for reconstruction of the digestive tract after gastrectomy comprises the segment resection of driving bowel loop together with a flap between esophagojejuno and Brown anastomosis. The distal stump of the driving bowel loop is sutured tightly and strengthened by it esophagojejunoanastomosis. From the proximal stump of driving loop tubular enterostome is formed and through it and Brown anastomosis the intubation of the small intestine is performed.
