METHOD FOR TREATING PATIENTS WITH TUBERCULOSIS/HIV COINFECTION WITH REMAINING SENSITIVITY OF MYCOBACTERIA TO ANTIMYCOBACTERIAL DRUGS

摘要

A method for treating the patients with tuberculosis/HIV coinfection with remaining sensitivity of mycobacteria to antimycobacterial drugs comprises the use of Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide daily in intensive phase of chemotherapy and Isoniazid, Rifampicin in maintenance phase with concomitant antiretroviral therapy. Over two months of the intensive phase of chemotherapy, Moxifloxacin is added. Then the maintenance phase follows over 4 months including antiretroviral therapy.
