A gaslift bubbling apparatus contains vertically located cylindrical housing with technological sockets, circulation pipe is installed in housing cavity with radial clearance, under which the aerator is installed. Wherein the apparatus is equipped with ultrasound radiating unit from outside of lateral surface of housing on common with housing frame.
