A method forsomatopsychic diagnosis of patients with biliary dysfunction comprising the implementation of dynamic ultrasonic cholecystography before and after test breakfast with calculating the initial and final volume of the gallbladder. Additionally restrictions are measured on base patient activity areas, and then qualitative and quantitative assessment are performed of patient somatopsychic deadaptation level using the formula: = RSBD = QNRBD/5N where: PSBD - an indicator of somatopsychic deadaptation level of individual patient; QHPD - amount of base patient activity areas; N - number of measurements, 5 - qualimetric constant rate and when RSBD value 0.30, no deadaptation is determined; within 0,3-0,69 it is average, and when RSBD 0.69 - the somatopsychic deadaptation level is assessed as high.
