NUTRIENT SUBSTRATE FOR OBTAINING INOCULATING MYCELIUM OF MEDICINAL FUNGUS GANODERMA LUCIDUM (CURT: FR) P. KARST

A nutrient substrate for obtaining inoculating mycelium of the medicinal fungus Ganoderma lucidum (Curt: Fr) P. Karstro, according to which the components of a grain substrate are washed in running water, boiled on slow fire, dried, poured into glass containers, sterilized, inoculated with mother mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum of the first generation and incubated in a thermostat. A mixture of cereal crops of the following composition (weight %) is used as the components: wheat - 25, oat - 25, millet - 25, barley - 25, which allows accelerating the process of obtaining the inoculating mycelium up to 7 days and obtaining the maximum biomass of the mycelium.
