METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL URANOSTAPHYLOSCHISIS

A method for the surgical treatment of the congenital uranostaphyloschisis provides for tailoring two mucosal-periosteal flaps at the boundary of hard and soft palate. The vascular-nervous bundles are outstretched, the edges of the cleft are cut. The tailored mucosal-periosteal flap on the hard palate being turned by 180° is transposed to the cleft area and fixed to palatine mucosal-periosteal flaps with suturing the edges of the cleft.
