摘要

A process for low energy magnet removal of feebly magnetic oxidized iron ores and iron ore wastes for magnetic separation comprises grinding of raw material to size less than 0.1 mm with further treatment with aqueous solutions of salts and bases and heating. The treatment of ground raw material is carried out successively by solutions of salt of bivalent iron and base and heated at temperature of 50-100 °C for 30-60 min. to achievement of constant magnetization intensity of base product.
