METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF INFLAMMATORY REACTION OCCURRING IN THE COURSE OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

A method for diagnostics of inflammatory reaction occurring at surgical treatment of patients with coronary disease includes preparation of smear of total blood, dyeing and calculation of the number of neutrophils without granules and with different degree of cytoplasm dyeing. After that determination of cytochemical coefficient of characteristics of bactericidal blood components in neutrophils is carried out. Solution of bromphenol blue is used as dye, with additional dyeing of nuclei with azure solution and with determination of cytochemical coefficient of reveal of cation proteins.
