The invention comprises a supporting structure formed by a lower stainless steel plate (1) and a plurality of pillars (2) extending upwards. In addition, a plurality of steel props (4) are solidly connected to the upper face of the plate (1) and can be inserted into respective tubular columns (5) of considerable length of the order of 5 metres, which columns form the implantation and attachment surface for the goose barnacles. The supporting structure is secured to the seabed and the columns (5) can be removed individually using a lifting mechanism (6) in order to harvest the goose barnacles or to perform any other operation necessary. The supporting structure is secured to the seabed with the aid of a concrete base (3) by means of piers or shoes and, in both cases, strong side chains (9) terminating in very large dead weights are also used.
