The present invention relates to a two-photon fluorescent probe, and more particularly, to a two-photon fluorescent probe, a method for manufacturing same, and to a method for imaging thiols in mitochondria using same. The two-photon fluorescent probe, according to the present invention, injects two probes into one molecule, and thus can selectively dye the mitochondria and react with thiols, thereby generating intense fluorescence and imaging the distribution and activation of thiols inside mitochondria in a living cell or a healthy living tissue.
