A resource allocation method for maximizing throughput in cooperative cognitive Single-Input Multiple-Output (SIMO) network, wherein after accessing the cognitive network, the host user sends data after receiving the Cooperative Confirmation Message (CCM), and the cognitive network keeps silence, and receives the data information of the host user, and decodes the host user data at the same time; the cognitive users which decode successfully send data to the cognitive base station with part of their transmission power, and help to forward the host user data with the remaining part of the power, the cognitive users which decode unsuccessfully do not forward the host user data, but only send their own data; the cognitive base station eliminates the interference of the host user data from the received mixed signal, and performs beamforming on the signal in which the interference has already been eliminated; by the joint adjustment of the transmission power vector, the power distribution factor vector and the beamforming weight vector of the cognitive SIMO network, the maximal throughput capability of the cognitive network can be achieved as long as the target transmission rate of the host user is guaranteed, and the convergent speed is fast.
