The present invention relates to plastic-wood composite materials. Provided are a high-strength wear-resistant plastic-wood composite material and preparation method thereof. The high-strength wear-resistant plastic-wood composite material of the present invention is made from the components in the following parts by weight ratio: 20-35 parts of plastic, 20-70 parts of natural wood fiber, 5-45 parts of fire retardant, 1-10 parts of compatibilizer, 0.1-3 parts of lubricant, 0.5-3 parts of plasticizer, 5-20 parts of strengthening wear-resistant filler, and 0.05-4 parts of processing aid. The present invention adopts a co-extrusion process, divides the plastic-wood material into multiple layers (two layers or more), and adds the strengthening wear-resistant filler only in a surface layer, thus significantly reducing the consumption of the filler and reducing production cost. The resulting high-strength wear-resistant plastic-wood composite material not only has the characteristics of other plastic-wood materials, but also greatly reduces the production cost.
