A power generation structure utilizing natural energy in the ocean and rivers including an ocean current, a tidal current, and waves can be used as a device for power generation as an alternative to fossil fuel power generation, and in addition an inversion guidance curved surface column water channel structure that constitutes the power generation structure can be also used as a wave absorbing dyke.A pair of approximately elliptic or oval tracks are provided at positions corresponding to each other in a vertical direction in surfaces facing to each other of an upper plate and a lower plate, a pair of plate moving blade mechanisms, in which main shafts of a plurality of plate moving blade elements are connected at regular intervals and the upper parts and the lower parts of the main shafts are put on the upper track and the lower track, respectively, so that the plate moving blade elements can go around the tracks by the pressure of a water current, is configured, and the plate moving blade elements go around the tracks by the pressure of the water current to thereby operate a power generation device via a rotation conduction means that rotates in tandem with the plate moving blade elements.
