The present invention relates to a data-updating device for reprogramming an electronic control unit (ECU) for a vehicle. The present invention includes: a data-reprogramming unit applying a reprogramming logic to the ECU; a device connector connected to a second connector of a connecting unit to which an ECU connector of the ECU and a first connector are connected, and including a plurality of pins, each of which has a different function and which are used in the ECU connector; and a switching unit, including a plurality of switches to which the plurality of pins forming the device connector are connected, respectively, and which are connected to the data-reprogramming unit, and switches for only switching on pins, which are connected to the pins, from among the plurality of pins, used in the ECU connector of the ECU to be reprogrammed. The pins forming the ECU connector are interconnected to pins forming the first connector, and pins forming the second connector connected to pins of the first connector are interconnected to the plurality of pins forming the device connector.
