The objective of the present invention is to provide a real-time location based mobile local social service system for promoting direct communication and social intercourse between users in an offline setting via a social network service by configuring a mobile local social network in units of a local area within a predetermined range set by a user carrying a mobile terminal device, for example, a smart phone, and a method for providing a mobile local social service using the same. According to the present invention, since a mobile local social network is configured in units of a local area, the invention has the advantage of promoting direct communication and social intercourse between users in an offline setting in addition to conventional social networks limited to online settings. Furthermore, since a mobile local social commerce network can be established both online and offline with respect to the user carrying the mobile terminal device, the invention has the advantages of easily recognizing markets based on the local area unit, optimizing marketing and providing various good using the same.
